Order TrackingWhat if a tracking number has been assigned but is invalid?For orders that have an invalid tracking number, please view the AS Lost or Stolen Package article. 
Order TrackingGuidelinesApologize for the delay and advise that she will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as it ships. If there is not a sitewide delay, please complete an entry on the Issues/Errors Log via Teams.
Order TrackingCan this order be cancelled?We are only able to cancel  an order within 30 min of the order placed.
If she no longer needs the order, she may return it for a refund please issue an MRL please put in a case to escalations so that we can have the auth hold removed and offer to re place the order for the customer  
Order TrackingWhat if she becomes escalated?You may offer a 5-15% credit on her order after it ships. Assign your case to ASHLEY Escalations.
